Description

This training will provide best practices and guidance for preventing workplace   violence and de-escalation tips for dealing with upset individuals. Also provided will be the industry standards and guidance for responding to an active armed threat situation.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • lmprove skills in recognition, prevention and response to potential workplace violence situations
  • Further skills in de-escalation of hostile individuals
  • Learn best options for response to an active armed threat situations and personal survival response while at work.

Non-Medi-Sota Members: $100 / Person

Cancellations must be made no later than 10 business days prior to the course. The full course fee will be charged if cancellation is made in less than 10 business days. Full refunds will be given for all classes cancelled by Medi-Sota. Registration is transferable to another person.
