  • Session 7 – Resolving the Most Difficult Situations in the Workplace - Addressing the most common situations leaders will be asked to resolve. Balancing the most difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

Continuing Education:  Clock Hours:  .75 per session (5.25 total)        
It is the  responsibility of the attendee to determine whether these activities meet the current criteria for continuing education.  Application will be made to MN Board of Nursing, MN BELTS&S, SHRM, MN Boared of Pharmacy, & Mn Board of Social Work.  

All registrants will receive course information, connection details, & any materials prior to the session. All registrants will receive the webinar recording following the event.

Registration Fees:

Medi-Sota Members: $90 per person

Non-Medi-Sota Members: $300 per person

Group Discounts: First 4 people pay Full Tuition, 5-10 pay 50% Discount, and then 10+ 75% Discount.  Please choose Mail/Invoice Payment when registering so you receive the appropriate discounts. 

Cancellations must be made no later than 10 business days prior to the course. The full course fee will be charged if cancellation is made in less than 10 business days. Full refunds will be given for all classes cancelled by Medi-Sota. Registration is transferable to another person.
