Medi-Sota Vendor Requirements and Process

Requirements

  • Must bring added value to the membership.
  • Should support Medi-Sota mission.
  • Provide quality products or services at reduced rates for members.
  • Support education and networking events for members.

Process

  • Agreements are considered for approval by the Board of Director's at regular monthly board meetings.
  • Vendors are encouraged to provide Medi-Sota with information via e-mail to be distributed to the appropriate parties in our membership.
  • If interest supports; vendors will be invited to ancillary department meetings and/or board meetings to present their services.
  • Recommendations by department supervisors or Medi-Sota staff are considered in the decision making process.
