Survey Preparedness has two prongs: Celebrate and Educate. Celebrate the things you and your team are doing well, and educate on those things that need to be done differently. Healthcare leaders have expectations for perfection. Few surveys are perfect, but they can be managed and processes improved. Getting lost in what needs to be improved and not celebrating what is currently being done well can lead to survey anxiety and unrealistic expectations.  Come learn from an actual surveyor how to make your next survey a cause for celebration instead of a cause for anxiety.

Point of Care Testing is critical for patient care. Ensuring your staff is doing the testing correctly can make the difference between accurately treating a patient or missing a diagnosis. This webinar will highlight common pitfalls of point of care testing and provide best practices for your patients.

  • The participant will delineate the accreditation requirements for point of care testing.
  • The participant will acknowledge and celebrate the success of what you’re already doing well.
  • The participant will acknowledge the change in practice that may need to be established to meet the accreditation requirements.
