Description

Here’s a practical, no-fluff training class on job instruction, coaching, and recognition. It’s geared for real-world use by team members and leaders looking to boost performance and morale on the job. Absolutely no theory! Just practical ways to work with people of all generations to train and coach a team member in the same manner a trainer would want a son, daughter, nice or nephew to be trained.

2. Deliver clear and effective job instructions that stick
3. Coach employees through performance and behavior challenges

This workshop is designed to meet the continuing education requirements for the MN Board of Nursing, BELTS, SHRM, and Board of Pharmacy. It is the responsibility of the attendee to determine whether these activities meet the current criteria for continuing education.

Non-Medi-Sota Members: $100/ Person

Cancellations must be made no later than 15 business days prior to the course. The full course fee will be charged if cancellation is made in less than 15 business days. Full refunds will be given for all classes cancelled by Medi-Sota. Registration is transferable to another person.
