 action.\nThis foundational session introduces a simple\, practical framewo
 rk — SEE\, SHARE\, SUPPORT — to help teams recognize risk early\, communic
 ate effectively\, and respond together in situations where safety may be a
 t risk.\nDesigned for clinicians\, leaders\, and educators\, this session 
 moves beyond traditional de-escalation training to focus on how teams’ fun
 ction in real time. Participants will explore how small\, early actions ca
 n significantly impact outcomes\, using concepts such as the 10-5-2 rule t
 o build awareness and connection\, and Distance = Time &amp\; Time = Optio
 ns to support safer decision-making.\nThrough case-based discussion and re
 alistic scenarios\, participants will work through common situations and i
 dentify practical strategies they can bring back to their teams to improve
  communication\, coordination\, and safety.\nThis approach draws from evid
 ence-based practices in workplace violence prevention\, team communication
 \, and human factors in healthcare.\nThis session can also serve as a foun
 dation for deeper\, team-based simulation training to further practice and
